Safety Clinic Description
LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES OF OTHERS WITHOUT THE PAIN OR THE PRICE-TAG. Dr. Brady Pregerson, author of “Don’t Try This at Home: Lessons from the Emergency Department” and “Think Twice: Lessons from the ER” hopes to see you in his class but not in his Emergency Department. Classes are interactive and focus on the prevention of a variety of illnesses and injuries frequently seen in the Emergency Room. Topics may vary depending on input from the audience, but usually include Laceration & Head Injury Prevention, Heart Attack & Stroke Prevention, Stress Reduction, and Childproofing & Home Safety. Topic suggestions and personal stories from the audience are encouraged, and there will be time for questions and book signing. If you can’t make the class, but are interested in this topic get more information at Gotsafety.org.Safety Clinic for Parents
